Bottega Italia was founded in Firenze by a small circle of Italian planners, sommeliers, and former hoteliers who share a conviction — that the best travel in Italy is not sold, but composed. We work with a limited number of families each year, in every region of the country, and we do so with the same care our grandparents used to lay a table.
